Power Outages -- 12/26/08

A few months ago, I mentioned that there would be some serious manmade power outages this winter.  So far, not much has hit the news.  Still, an unofficial report on December 22 tells about conditions in Connecticut: “…a quarter-million folks without power (and they have been for longer than most hurricane impacted people this year)…."

Then, when I asked today about the power outages he predicted, Billy confirmed that the news is just not picking them up.  That’s all evidently part of the plan.  People in the affected areas feel more fear (which makes them less functional and easier to control) when they believe that no one knows or cares about their plight.

I asked if the PTB’s are still trying to set the stage for martial law.  He said, “No.   That was Bush’s plan.  Obama has no such plan.”  He said these fear tactics are just part of their overall strategy.  The PTB's are desperate because they’re losing in such a big way, and they’re trying to hang on to their power the only way they know.

I know people wonder about the balance of power and what’s really going on, and this is a matter for personal contemplation. All I can say is that it’s always easiest to see the negative around us.  Still, it’s always best to see the positive energies at work.  They’re subtle and insidious, in that they’re always advancing imperceptibly by most.  So, we need to be more perceptive than most – or the bad guys win. 

This has gotten to be a battle of psychology, and their campaign continues.  Billy says that there will be a massive power outage in the NE this winter.  My thought on that is that those folks up in the NE are a pretty conservative, hard to shake-up bunch.  Getting these people, who are steeped in generations of tradition and comfort to feel radically afraid takes some doing.  That’s why their being targeted. 

Billy also said there MAY BE some outages on the west coast.  There are a lot of islands of spiritual perspective and strength out on the west coast.  If the power outages happen this winter (or next summer) in that area, that will be the reason.  It’s a personal attack on that bastion of enlightenment.  They’ll blame it on the weather (or other natural causes), but Billy has confirmed again that they have plans for sabotage in mind.

Economics

They’re doing all they can to pull things together, and there should be a plateau where they can maintain the illusion of stability for a while – before the current economic system falls off the edge of the earth (almost definitely) sometime next year.

Politics

“Plots will be revealed.”  Then, my summary of what follows is that the fear the authorities have been working so hard to create will then turn to anger and bite them in the butt.  No specifics, but “expect surprises.”

Message from the other side

When I asked Billy if there was anything he wanted me to tell all of you, he said, “Tell them your brothers and sisters are always with you, and you’ll be seeing them soon.”

He said he was talking about lighter-body-beings and ETs.  Then, he said that people are seeing them in small groups more all the time.  They’re just remaining quiet about it.   He encouraged us all to prepare ourselves for this meeting, and to be sensitive to their guidance and messages in the meantime.

Personal Stories

I’ve had lots of personal questions answered in channeling, and I’ve compiled three books worth of answers.  I thought I was done asking about past lives until Danna and I were comparing notes the other day about the affinity we both feel for Moses.  So I asked Billy about it, and he told me some cool stories I just had to share.

He said I was Moses’s scribe.  It was my job to document the big events, starting with the Exodus. (“Moses shouted, Arise from these walls and run!” was one of the first things I wrote.)  I also kept the census.  I was there from the beginning of his story (right after he left Egypt) for about 15 years; at which time I died of old age.   

I was also there when he “parted the sea.”  That’s another story:  Really, it was no big deal. It’s called the “Sea of Reeds,” because it was more of a shallow swamp (with reeds growing in it) than a sea.   Billy smiled as he told how we just walked across it during low tide.

I told him that I’d heard that the staff Moses carried was really a tool to do things that looked like magic to the people of the day.  He said that it was only a symbolic tool because of the importance his people placed in it.  They thought it was powerful.  However, Billy assured me that, “The magic was in Moses.”

I asked if maybe the staff amplified his energies.  Billy said no. The people thought so, but it was just an ordinary wooden staff. 

Moses had the ability to control the weather to some degree, and he got the wind to blow the few inches of water there was out of our path.  Then, when the pursuing troupes got to the sea, it was high tide and the wind had stopped.

At any rate, I was there for that.  I was also there long enough to see that Moses was not “wandering in the wilderness.”  He had a well thought-out military strategy.  He built and trained an army, but was reluctant to deploy them.  He put off any major use of his army for 40 years -- until the day he died!  History records how they were, however, put to immediate use after that. 

Danna was one of his sons. She was there for the “crossing of the sea,” and the army building outside any formally settled community too.  But besides that, her story is a fairly personal and of no historical significance, so I won’t go into it.  Suffices to say, both of our feelings of affinity for Moses were validated.
